At PlantJeWel we make sure that your plants and flowers are shipped directly from the grower to your doorstep. Thanks to our partnership with Dutch growers and reliable delivery services, we can deliver your products quickly and in top condition.

Delivery time
We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days. For an exact delivery time please contact customer service as delivery times can change, so you know exactly when to expect your green friend.

Postage costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, depending on your location and the size of your order, so you always know where you stand.

Delivery partners
Because our products come directly from the grower, we work with several reliable delivery partners. This ensures that your order is delivered quickly and safely, directly from the grower to your door.

Delivery from different growers

Our products come from different growers. Products from the same grower are shipped together, but if you order items from different growers, they can be shipped separately. This can cause the delivery time to vary per product. We keep you informed of the status of each shipment, so you know exactly when your order will arrive. Because of this, we do not always have control over the delivery ourselves, please take this into account. Of course we will help you and will not leave you hanging, easily contact customer service if you have any questions.

Returns not possible
Please note: as our products have a limited shelf life, flowers and plants cannot be returned. Please see our returns policy for more information.

At PlantJeWel we do everything we can to provide you with the freshest and healthiest plants, straight from the grower. Because our products have a limited shelf life, it is important to know that returns are unfortunately not possible.

Products that you buy through this webshop have a limited shelf life and can therefore not be returned. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is hereby final after successful payment.

But don't worry! We offer a 7-day freshness guarantee . This means that your plants are guaranteed to stay fresh for 7 days after delivery. If something goes wrong, such as a damaged product or if your plant is not fresh upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via info@plantjewel.nl. We are ready to find a suitable solution together.
