How do I place an order?
Select your products, add them to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on order size and destination. Orders above €59.95 are shipped free within the Netherlands.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipping you will receive a track & trace code by email.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries are usually made within 1-4 business days. Depending on the product and the grower.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
The carrier will leave a message with instructions for collection or re-delivery attempt.
Can I cancel or change an order?
You can change or cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer express shipping?
No, we do not offer express shipping at this time.
Can I choose a delivery date?
At this time you cannot choose a specific delivery date.
